Living room and kitchen
There is nothing missing here. A lovely sofa for 4 people, 2 comfortable chairs and a wood-burning stove form the seating area. There are 4 chairs and a bench around the dining table. Eight people can comfortably eat there, with a direct view of the mountains. A highchair is also available. Children’s books and reading books for adults are in the bookcase. Games are also available here for many pleasant moments together.
The open kitchen and dining area form a whole. So there is direct contact between the person cooking and the people at the table. The kitchen has all the amenities you could wish for. To name a few: dishwasher, 3 cooking zones induction plate, coffee machines (Senseo and filter), kettle, more than enough real Austrian crockery and of course a refrigerator with freezer.
Smart TV with Netflix and Spotify is also available.
Bedroom 1: the deer room
This room is approximately 13m2. There is a bed of 180cmx200cm. The French doors with shutters give access to the balcony where you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Now that’s a nice way to wake up! Directly opposite this room is the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is laminate on the floor and of course there is a wardrobe and various options for hanging your clothes.
Bedroom 2: the bird room
This room is approximately 13m2. There is a bed of 180cmx200cm. The French doors with shutters give access to the balcony where you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Now that’s enjoying your coffee/tea as the sun rises! Directly adjacent to this room is the children’s room. These 2 rooms are separated by a massive door. Next to the children’s room is the bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is laminate on the floor and there are various options for unloading your suitcase.
Bedroom 3: the cow room
This room is approximately 10m2. There is a bed of 160cmx200cm. You have your own romantic wood-burning stove! The room is adjacent to the game room. Immediately next to it is the private bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The toilet is located on the ground floor and you can walk to it via a flight of stairs. There are tiles on the floor and of course there is also a cupboard for your belongings. From the game room you walk through a private entrance to the terrace in front of the vegetable garden.
Bedroom 4: the children’s room
This room is approximately 10m2. There is a bunk bed of 140cmx200cm (downstairs) and 90x200cm (upstairs). There is also an extra sofa bed measuring 140cmx200cm. The room is directly connected to bedroom 2. Ideal if you want to sleep next to smaller children but also want privacy. There is also a cot for the little ones. There is laminate on the floor and you can make it completely dark with the shutters on the windows.
Around the house
Salvage:
The place for the washing machine and dryer that you can use and offers plenty of space for groceries, etc. It is nice and cool, so you can also store your drink in the wine rack.
Barn:
Here you can store all your ski equipment in winter. This space is right next to the front door, so it is easy to reach. You can use the sleds there for lots of snow fun.
Parking: On site for a maximum of 4 cars. The gate can be locked.
