Living and Kitchen
Beautiful space with 3 large windows offering a stunning view.
A comfortable (sofa) bed, dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy meals with a direct view of the mountains. A high chair for children is also available. Children’s books and books for adults are in the bookcase. Board games are also provided for many cozy moments together.
The open kitchen and dining area form a single unit.
This means there is direct contact between the person cooking and those at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. To name a few: dishwasher, 4-zone induction cooktop, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, plenty of authentic Austrian tableware, and of course a fridge with freezer.
A Smart TV with Netflix and Spotify is also available.
The complete apartment is equipped with floor heating!
Bedroom and Bathroom
This room is approximately 15m².
It features a bed measuring 180cm x 200cm. There’s a stunning view directly of the mountains — what a wonderful way to wake up!
Of course, a wardrobe and various options to hang your clothes are also provided.
Around the Apartment
Private entrance and seating area:
A path runs directly alongside the swimming pool, leading up to your own entrance. Full privacy is ensured as the entrance is located at the back of the annex.
Swimming pool:
Brand-new pool measuring 7.00m x 3.50m x 1.00m. It features a built-in staircase and a terrace with sun loungers for apartment guests.
Storage:
Next to the entrance is a small shed for storing items you don’t immediately need. In winter, you can also store your skis there. Ski boot dryers are available in the ski room.
Ski room (Schuur):
In winter, this is where you can store all your ski equipment. It’s located below the apartment. The sleds available there can be used for lots of snowy fun.
Parking:
Just outside the gate, there is space for one car. (50m)
